The structure (frame) of the mill is made of highly resistant to impact steel plates (A36). These plates are divided in two parts. base and lid.
The lid has an opening system on both sides, allowing easier access to the inner lining for maintenance and inspection.
The mill has two or 3 levels of adjustment for easy maintenance of the fit between the hammers and grates where the wear of both products are the same.
The reversal of the operation of the hammer mills is made only by opening the back of the machine, facilitating and reducing the time of maintenance.
The drive can be adjusted from 7.5 CV to 300 CV. The mill offers various choices for the customer depending on their production needs and the material to be milled.
