Being the best means of vertical transportation of bulk material (cement, clay, lime, minerals in general), the TENAMAQ bucket elevator can be designed in various ways, taking into account the height and physical characteristics of each product. It functions like a conveyor belt to transport material.
Its structure (body) is made of steel-carbon and the bucket is fixed on the conveyor with self-locking screws. This equipment doesn’t return the material to the base of the bucket and does not allow the number of products to accumulate at its entrance.
At the base of the elevator there are doors specifically designed to perform inspections and cleaning. There are also inspection lids for easy-access to the base of the elevator in case there is the need to replace parts that wear out in a short period of time.
